Processing & Delivery Time

All saunas are made to order to ensure the highest craftsmanship and attention to detail. Depending on the complexity of the build and order volume, shipping usually takes from 2-4 weeks however can take up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

We will keep you informed throughout the process with updates on your sauna's production and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Details

• Shipping and delivery costs for our saunas are calculated based on the postcode of the delivery address. As each order varies in size and location, we provide a tailored delivery quote to ensure accurate and fair pricing. Final shipping costs will be confirmed before completing your purchase.
• Deliveries are made curb-side and require someone present to receive and inspect the item.
• We will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery window.
