Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our saunas, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including any deposits made at the time of order.
Each sauna is custom-built to your specifications, and as such, all sales are considered final.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before confirming their purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, our team is happy to assist you.

Warranty

For your peace of mind, customers making a purchase for personal use are entitled to 4 years warranty for our structures and a 2 year warranty for our heaters from the date of purchase. Customers making a purchase for commercial use are entitled to 3 years warranty for the structures and 1 year warranty for the heaters. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, modifications, or external factors such as weather conditions after delivery.
• Routine maintenance and care are essential to ensure the longevity of your sauna and are the responsibility of the customer.
